Position - Project PI
Juan Bicarregui is Head of the Data Division in the Scientific Computing Department at STFC. Juan heads up the investigator team working on PSDI.
Barbara Montanari
Position - Work Package 5 Lead
Barbara Montanari is Head of Computational Science and Engineering Division at STFC and Director of the Computational Science Centre for Research Communities (CoSeC). Barbara takes the lead on our future pathfinders work package.
Simon Coles
Position - Work Package 4 Lead
Simon Coles is Professor of Structural Chemistry and Director of both the UK National Crystallography Service and the UK Physical Sciences Data-science Service. Simon takes the lead on our first round pathfinders work package.
Nicola Knight
Position - Project Coordinator / Work Package 2 Lead
Nicola Knight is a research fellow at the University of Southampton and will be coordinating activities across the pilot project and taking the lead on communications, engagement and training activities in WP2.
Jeremy Frey
Position - Work Package 1 Lead / Pathfinder 3 Lead
Jeremy Frey is Professor of Physical Chemistry and Head of Computational Systems Chemistry at University of Southampton. Jeremy takes the lead for our Management and Governance work package.
Vasily Bunakov
Position - Work Package 3 Lead
Vasily is a Researcher in the Scientific Computing Department at STFC. Vasily takes the lead on the technical development in WP3 - Platform Development and Operation.
Brian Matthews
Position - Technical Architect
Brian Matthews is currently leader of the Data Science and Technology Group at STFC. He leads the DAFNI project, developing an integrated data and modelling platform for research into National Infrastructure and is the technical lead on the Physical Sciences Data-science Service. Brian is the technical architect of PSDI.
Samantha Kanza
Position - Pathfinder 2 Lead
Samantha is a senior enterprise fellow at the University of Southampton. She takes the lead on PF2 - Process Recording.
Abraham Nieva de la Hidalga
Position - Pathfinder 1 Lead
Dr Abraham Nieva de la Hidalga currently collaborates as a research associate at the UK Catalysis Hub. He is currently involved in the design and development of the Catalysis Data Infrastructure and the Catalysis Research Workbench. Abraham takes the lead on PF1 - Catalysis Data Capture.

James works for STFC at Daresbury Laboratory where his focus is supporting the High End Computing Consortium for Biomolecular Simulation (HECBioSim) with their use of and activities around High Performance Computing facilities (HPC) in the UK. James takes the lead on PF4 - Process Orchestration.

Alin-Marin is a Computational Scientist at Daresbury Laboratory. He takes the lead on PF5 - Data to Knowledge.
